１．システムについて / About the System

研究者情報管理システム（E-rid）は、研究者（教員等）のプロフィールや業績をデータベースに蓄積し、情報を効率的に多目的活用するために東京大学が導入したWebシステムです。

新領域創成科学研究科では、研究者情報管理システム（E-rid）を、様々な外部データベースから情報収集する仕組みを備えるresearchmapと連携し有効活用することで、複数のデータベースに点在する教育・研究業績データを一元的に管理できるようになります。

新領域創成科学研究科では、当研究科を本務とする常勤、短時間、クロスアポイントメントの教員を対象としてアカウントを付与し、当研究科を本務としない兼担の教員にはアカウントを付与していません。

Education and Research Information Database (E-rid) is a Web system adopted by the University of Tokyo for accumulating the profiles and achievements of researchers (faculty) in the database and efficiently utilizing the information for multiple purposes.

At Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, Education and Research Information Database (E-rid) links with researchmap, which has a mechanism to collect information from various external databases. By using the system effectively, it can centralize educational and research achievement data registered in multiple databases to manage.

E-rid account is granted to full-time, part-time and cross-appointment teachers affiliating at Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, and not to concurrent teachers affiliating other department than GSFS.

２．ログイン / Login

ログインURL | Login URL　　https://researchers.adm.u-tokyo.ac.jp

●　ログイン ID / Login ID 　：　教職員番号（ 10 桁数字）／ U-Tokyo Account　(10 digit number)

●　初期パスワード / Initial Password ：　教職員番号（同上の10桁数字）／ U-Tokyo Account　(10 digit number as above)

※　ログイン後にシステム内メインメニュー「その他」＞「パスワード変更」からパスワードを変更できます。 / Initial Password can be changed after login to the System : Main menu > [Other] > [Change password]
※　セキュリティー上の観点から初期パスワードは変更されることをお勧めします。 | For security reasons, it is recommended to change the initial password to the one much secured.
