【researchmapの登録・更新に特化したマニュアルを追加しました / A manual specifically for registering and updating researchmaps has been added】
研究科のE-ridの主要な使い方として、researchmapと連携させ、情報を読み込むことを推奨しています。（読み込み作業は管理者も定期的に実施）
利用者にはresearchmapの登録と情報更新・確認をお願いしていますので、今回、その方法に特化したマニュアルを追加しました。
併せて本部URA推進室ご提供のresearchmapの使い方資料も掲載していますので適宜ご利用ください。
The primary use of E-rid at GSFS is to link it to researchmap and to load the information. (Support office is also carrying out loading on a regular basis).
For the users, it is requested to register with researchmap, update and check the information, so now a manual (Japanese only for now) specifically on how to do those procedure has been published.
For a reference, another useful information on how to use researchmap provided by the UTRA researchmap WG have also been added.

・本システムのクラウド環境管理用ツールのバージョンアップ
備考：
・作業時間帯の一部で再起動を含むサービス停止が発生するため、同時間帯はシステムの利用ができません。
・作業中はシステムがメンテナンスモードに移行しログインができなくなります。

・Upgrade of the cloud environment management tools for this system
Reference：
・During a portion of the maintenance period, the services will be stopped, including a system reboot, hence the system will not be available for use during this time
・During the maintenance, the system will transition to maintenance mode and logins will not be possible

今年度から新領域創成科学研究科に着任された教員・研究員用E-rid研修資料を「マニュアル等」の項目に追加し、新領域事務ポータルサイト「採用」⇒「ご一読いただきたいもの」にも掲載されました。
E-rid introduction manual for new faculty and research members is available from "Information and Manuals" as well as on GSFS Office Portal Site (Japanese only).

研究者情報管理システム（E-rid）更新内容 / E-rid System update Info.
今回の研究者情報管理システム（E-rid）の主な更新内容は以下の通りです。
1．項目の名称変更：
JST研究者コード → researchmap会員ID
科学研究費研究者番号 → 研究者番号
主たる所属・職名 → 所属
2．項目削除：
その他所属・職名 → 削除され既存の情報は「所属」に統合
Google Analytics ID → 削除
The E-rid System has been updated mainly as follows.
1. Name changes of the item:
Principal faculty or department / position / professor emeritus → Affiliation
Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research researcher number → Researcher number
2. Deleted:
Other affiliations → Deleted and the data already registered is merged into "Affiliation"
Google Analytics ID → Deleted

【追加情報】研究者情報管理システム（E-rid）更新作業後の再開日の変更について / 【Additional Information】Resume date is changed for E-rid System update
researchmapのメンテナンスが3月17日（水）に行われることに伴い、研究者情報管理システム（E-rid）の再開も3月18日（木）に変更されました。
※ researchmapのメンテナンスについてはこちらからご確認ください。
Resume of E-rid system will be postponed to be on March 18th (Thu) because of researchmap maintenance on March 17th (Wed).

【重要】研究者情報管理システム（E-rid）reserachmapV2対応作業について / 【Important】E-rid System update to support reserachmap V2
E-ridのresearchmap V2対応のためのシステム更新作業が行われます。作業期間中はシステムにログインできません。
作業日程：3月15日（月）、16日（火）終日 → 3月17日（水）10時から再開
作業内容：
①researchmap.V2対応版プログラムの適用
⇒researchmap.V2対応に伴い画面の登録項目が変わる箇所がございます。
②researchmap.V2対応版データ移行
⇒基本的に既存データを残しますが、一部researchmap.V2の仕様変更により選択肢が変更になるものもございます。
機械的に振り分けることができないものにつきましては、3/17(水)以降、先生方にご確認いただく必要がございます。
E-rid system will be updated to support researchmap version 2. During these two days, the system cannot be logged in.
Work date：Full day on March 15th (Mon) and 16th (Tue) → resume from March 17th (Wed) at 10:00 am
Work content：
①System update to researchmap.V2 compatible version program
⇒Due to this work, some of the items on the registration screen will be changed.
②researchmap.V2 compatible version data migration
⇒Existing data will basically remain, but some item options may change due to the specifications update of researchmap.V2.
For the items that cannot be sorted mechanically, they should be checked by users themselves after 3/17 (Wed).

E-ridとresearchmapの連携の仕方
E-ridのプロフィール「氏名・連絡先」の欄にJST研究者コードが確認できた教員・研究員は、researchmapからデータを取込むことができます。E-ridメニュー「データ出力・確認」→「researchmapからデータ取込」から進んでください。※詳細は新領域用マニュアルまたは簡易操作手順書を参照ください。
Those who could see your ”JST Researcher Code" at E-rid Profile "Name and Contact Details" are able to import data from researchmap to E-rid by proceeding E-rid Menu "Outputting and Checking Data" → "Get Data From researchmap". ※for how to import data, please refer Simple operation manual (English) or 新領域用マニュアル (Japanese only).
※ researchmapの登録が正しくできているにも関わらずJST研究者コードが確認できないケースが出ております。本部担当者と随時確認しておりますが、researchmapの登録が適切にされていない（所属先が新領域になっていない、情報提供公開されていない、所属先の閲覧・編集許可をしていない）場合はご対応ください。確認方法は新領域用マニュアル（P7～P10）をご参照ください。
※ There is a case that the JST researcher code cannot be confirmed even though the researchmap has been registered correctly. It is checked from time to time, but please confirm also by yourself if your researchmap account is properly registered (If the affiliation is registered as GSFS? / If your name, affiliation and other databases' ID are checked "disclosed"? / If GSFS (your affiliation) is authorized to view or edit your information?). Please contact us for any further inquiries.
